Refund Policy – Cancellation of Registration Fees for Pushpin Design Prep Course
A request to cancel registration for the prep course must be submitted in advance and in writing to the course administrators.
If the registration is canceled up to 15 days before the start of the course, no cancellation fees will be charged, and the payment, if made, will be fully refunded (less a 2.8% processing fee for the payment service provider).
In case of cancellation within 15 days before the first class:
The student will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the full tuition, if paid, will apply.
If the cancellation is made between the first and sixth classes:
The student will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
A cancellation fee of 40% of the full tuition, if paid, will apply.
After this period, the student will not be eligible for any refund.
Delivery Policy
Immediately after paying the registration fee, you can download from the websire the full registration form, and your place in the upcoming course will be guaranteed.
Each student is required to pay the remaining balance (tuition) by the first day of classes.
In case of non-payment, Pushpin reserves the right to cancel the student's registration.
Product Responsibility and Service Liability

1.1 The services provided in the course, including digital content, workshops, or support materials, are offered "As Is" without any commitment or guarantee of specific outcomes, including acceptance into design institutions.
1.2 The content provided in the course does not constitute professional advice, recommendations, or formal opinions. Any use of the content is the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Limitation of Liability
2.1 The course management and/or its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the information or content provided in the course.
2.2 The course management does not guarantee that the use of the information or content will meet the participant's needs or expectations or that the materials are error-free or accurate.
2.3 The sole responsibility for using the content, including its application in selection processes for design institutions, lies with the participant.

3.1 The use of information and content provided as part of the course is at the participant's sole discretion and risk, including any consequences resulting from such use.
3.2 The course management is not responsible for technical or other support in cases of malfunctions arising from factors beyond its control, such as internet or infrastructure issues.
- Explicit Limitation of Liability
4.1 Except as required by applicable law, the course management shall not be liable for any damages caused to the participant or a third party resulting from participation in the course or use of the content.
4.2 In cases of refund claims or other liabilities, the financial responsibility of the course management is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the course.
Participant's Declaration
5.1 The participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the course does not guarantee acceptance into design institutions.
5.2 The participant assumes full responsibility for their decisions, the use of the content, and any potential consequences arising from them.

We do not share your data with anyone (including name, phone number, email).
Your payment data will only be processed by the payment provider (meshulam.co.il) or PayPal.
